All orders received Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am to 4pm will be shipped that day guaranteed. If your order is placed outside of working hours it will be shipped the next working day.
UK Based Orders
Bronze - Royal Mail Recorded - Delivery usually within 1 to 3 days. However 5 working days should be allowed before contacting us if your order has not arrived.
Silver - Parcel Force 2 Day Service - Guaranteed to arrive within 2 working days, 85% delivered next day.
Gold - Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day Service - Guaranteed to arrive Next Day Monday to Saturday.
European Orders
European orders usually arrive within 5 to 7 working days.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY ORDERS ARE GUARANTEED TO ARRIVE THE NEXT DAY IF WE RECEIVE YOUR ORDER BEFORE 4pm MONDAY TO FRIDAY (UK only - excluding bank holidays).

Q5: IF AN ITEM IS UNSUITABLE CAN I
EXCHANGE IT?
A: All of our goods come with a 14 day
satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you
are not happy with your purchase simply return
it to us within 14 days of receiving your order
and we will exchange it for an alternative product
or refund your money (P&P costs are non
refundable).
Our returns conditions are:
1.The goods MUST BE unused (we adhere to strict
health and hygiene conditions).
2.The goods must be in their original condition
& packaging.
3.The goods must be received back at our office
within 14 days from the day you receive your
order.
4.Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable
and non exchangeable.
If we suspect that the goods have been used
or any of the above conditions are not met then
we reserve the right to return the goods to
you. Items supplied in sealed packaging that
have been opened are non refundable and non

RECEIVE IS FAULTY?
